About Me

Hello! My name is Andreanna Vandemark, LCSW — therapist, mom of two amazing kids, and proud rescue French Bulldog wrangler. I work with individuals across the lifespan, including children, teens, adults, and families navigating life’s ups, downs, and the occasional plot twist.
Before earning my LCSW, I worked as a Behavioral Health Case Manager, gaining extensive knowledge of the many services and resources available in our Maine communities.
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me outside with my family and my Frenchies — hiking, exploring new places, or soaking up some sunshine at the beach with some ice cream.
Maine has been my home for most of my life, and I am so happy and grateful to be able to support my community's mental health and well-being.

My Approach

In our sessions, you’ll find a collaborative, compassionate space to be yourself, unpack what’s been weighing you down, and develop tools to help you move forward. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and that therapy can be a powerful part of healing and growth. Finding a therapist who’s the right fit can make all the difference — and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported.
Through a client-centered approach, I aim to create a nurturing environment where clients can gain insight, develop coping strategies, and experience positive growth and transformation in their lives.
